The Return to Duty program is for employees who have violated a company's Drug and Alcohol Policy and is prohibited from duty until successful treatment and/or education recommendations have been completed. The process is generally a 6 Step Process: Notification of Drug Violation, Select SAP, Clinical Evaluation, Treatment and/or Education, Return to Duty Eligibility, and Follow Up Drug Testing that can range from 1 to 5 years.
To cancel or reschedule please let us know 48 hours in advance. If there is no 48-hour advance notice or appointment no show, there will be a $35 rebooking fee.
