Welcome to the first step in your journey for change. The Introductory Strategy Session focuses on building rapport, gaining insight into the client's needs, and creating a safe space for open communication. As coaching is a client-led process, the subsequent sessions will delve deeper into specific topics and work towards achieving the client's desired outcomes. The introductory session sets the stage for the ongoing coaching journey. It helps the coach build a foundation for effective coaching, understand the client's unique needs, and establish a sense of trust and partnership that fosters growth and transformation throughout the coaching engagement. I'm looking forward to meeting you. The session fee will go towards a coaching package if you decide to journey with me as your coach.
